Glam Girls Day Spa Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

Definition “The business” means Glam Girls Day Spa.  The person who books the appointment with Glam Girls Day Spa for any of our packages warrants that they are either the Hirer or have the authority of the Hirer to book the party. “The Agreement” means the booking form hire agreement between the business and the Hirer of the party.

 

Agreement

The hirer agrees, by booking an appointment on Glam Girls Day Spa website that they accept the terms and conditions of the user agreement which the hirer must read prior to booking.

 

Hiring Charges for Birthday Parties

The hire period is for 2 hours unless prior arrangement has been made.  This time allows for you to bring your own food and birthday cake which can be set up on our lovely grazing table.  The grazing table room where food is to be set up has an extra hire cost of $30.00.  This cost is for the cleaning up of the room after you have left. Extra time for a birthday party can be negotiated at our discretion and the price will reflect on the time you are wanting to extend.

 

Hiring Charges for Mummy & Me, Mini Pamper and Deluxe Pamper

The times are outlined on our Spa Packages.  This is an approximate time. It could be slightly less or over the time provided.

 

Deposit for Birthday Parties

Glam Girls Day Spa requires a deposit of $150 to be paid at the time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to the Day Spa appointment date. The deposit is part payment of the total amount.  Deposit payments are to be made online via the website at the time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid online via the invoice that has been emailed to you. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to your Day Spa appointment.

Cancellations of Birthday parties

 

If you decide to cancel your party booking at Glam Girls Day Spa this needs to be done before 7 days prior to the party.  Depending on the timeframe between notification of the cancellation and the party booking as to how much refund on your deposit you will receive.

 

  • If you cancel 30 days prior to your party booking you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel between 14-29 days prior to your party booking you will receive 50% refund

  • If you cancel between 7-14 days prior to your party booking you will receive 25% refund

 

However, once you enter the 7 days prior to the booking date/party, your booking is locked in. If you choose to cancel the booking in the 7 days locked in period, your $150 deposit that you paid upon booking becomes Non Refundable.

If you need to reschedule your booking, we can arrange this for you. We will keep your $150 deposit that you paid upon booking. That $150 deposit will be deducted off the total owing on your rescheduled booking.
